Marketing and Sales Executive (to be based in Kuala Lumpur)

Responsibilities:

  • To market and secure sales our products to new clients in Klang Valley
  • To manage and service exiting clients to enhance business relationship;
  • Prepare presentation, proposal and search for new creative multimedia content providers; software solutions & developers which would like to protect their Intellectual Properties for their distribution in the market.
  • To ensure monthly marketing/sales/project target is achieved and exceed performance indicators set by management;
  • To resolve customer issues (if any) which may arise during or after sales activities on a timely basis etc;
  • Compilation of customer data
  • Submit weekly forecast and monthly sales report

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in any related business discipline
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in Sales and Marketing preferably in either creative design, multimedia and software industries.
  • Have good command of Mandarine & speak fluent English with good interpersonal skills, EQ
  • Self-motivated, independent and results oriented
  • Possess own transport & valid car driving license
  • Passionate in driving sales & marketing activities, develop new potential leads and follow up with existing customers to ensure customers’ needs and requirements are met
  • Direct marketing, online market research experience in IT industry is an advantage
  • Excellent organizational skills. Multitasking; but with strong focus what to pursue base on planning chart
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Docs is required
  • Actively develop & pursue new leads and opportunities through meetings, networking, cold-calling, emailing and prospecting
  • Upon Identification, plan & execute to penetrate new targets and market
  • Manage enquiries, prepare proposals, conduct sales presentations, software demonstration to potential clients, negotiate and close sales
  • Identify and manage customer's concern
  • Consistently Prepare relevant sales activities and status reports daily
  • Report to business director in Kepong twice weekly or on arrangement
  • CEO is based in Penang, who will do skype communication twice a week or whenever required
  • Facilitate to pick up CEO once a month when schedule to be in KL for update and sharing
  • Positive & Open Minded, Proactive, Fast learner, Flexible person
